Rates and Fees

Independent Living Basic

  • Cottage apartment – beginning at $2,550/month
  • Add a second occupant – beginning at an additional $650/month

Assisted Living Basic

  • Studio apartment – beginning at $2,850/month
  • One-bedroom apartment – beginning at $3,600/month
  • One-bedroom deluxe apartment – beginning at $3900/month
  • Two-bedroom apartment – beginning at $4,600/month
  • Add a second occupant – beginning at an additional $950/month

Services and Amenities Included in Assisted Living Basic Service

  • A reserved, private apartment, including a kitchenette, full bathroom, fixtures and maintenance services necessary
  • All basic utilities excluding telephone service and other than basic cable TV service, which items are available from the local utilities pursuant to a private agreement between the service provider and resident
  • Three nutritious meals served daily in the community dining room; snacks are always available
  • Weekly housekeeping service
  • Weekly laundering of flat linens and personal laundry
  • Emergency response system; 24–hour community staffing
  • Life enrichment services; wellness program
  • Full access to the community's common amenities and landscaped grounds
  • Scheduled transportation services to shopping and medical appointments
  • Structured activities and social program, with transportation for sponsored activities

Assisted Living Respite

Our daily Respite rate is $150 per day, plus a $300 set–up fee. Our Adult Day Care fees are $65 for a half day and $90 for a full day, plus a $150 set–up fee. These rates include the services listed above under Assisted Living rates.

Memory Care Basic

  • Companion apartment – beginning at $140/day
  • Private studio apartment – beginning at $170/day

Memory Care Respite

Our daily Respite Care rate for Memory Court Court is $185 per day, plus a $300 set–up fee. Our daily fees for Adult Day Care are $75 for a half day and $130 for a full day, plus a $150 set–up fee. These rates include all services listed above listed under Memory Care rates.

Services and Amenities Included in Memory Care Basic Service

  • Medication assistance (storing, administering and supervising of prescriptions and OTC medications)
  • General behavioral/safety monitoring
  • Licensed nursing assistance in coordinating needs
  • Assistance in scheduling of physician appointments
  • Cognitive assistance including reminders and redirection

Additional Services Not Included in Memory Care Basic Service

For individuals requiring additional assistance, the community will provide a variety of enhanced services to meet changing health care needs. Individual service plans are determined by comprehensive assessments conducted by our health care professionals. Each resident's service plan is reviewed quarterly or sooner as their needs change. Respite and Adult Day Care

While staying with us at Willow Park, most of your basic needs are included in our basic rate. This includes all meals, laundry, housekeeping, activities, emergency response system, 24–hour staffing and scheduled transportation to shopping and medical appointments.
