Bryan Elliott, Executive Director

Bryan has been an Administrator for 10 years in the Boise area and has been at Willow Park since December 2002. He is active in his community and has served on the Idaho Assisted Living Association for eight years, the last two years as president. He is also on the board for the Better Business Bureau. Providing great service and a resource to the community is a passion reflected in the entire team he has developed at Willow Park. Bryan enjoys backpacking, camping and fishing in the beautiful outdoors of Idaho.

Mary Hall–Smith, Community Relations Director

Mary brings expertise in marketing, sales and promotions to Willow Park. In her role as Willow Park's Community Relations Director, Mary is responsible for lead generation, increasing occupancy and implementing the community's marketing programs. Mary is active in the Boise community believing that it is important to be a "good will ambassador" for both Willow Park and the Boise Assisted Living community. She is a board member for Faith in Action® which is an Interfaith coalition dedicated to helping seniors and the chronically ill maintain their independence by providing assistance, education and respite care for families. Mary enjoys cooking, fly fishing, gardening and collecting antiques.

Carmen Becker, Community Relations Director

Carmen comes to Willow Park with over twelve years of business development and marketing expertise. Her primary objective is to cultivate, build, and foster new relationships with nonprofits, healthcare providers along with legal and financial professionals in the community. She manages the functions relating to provider servicing, community education, and network development for Willow Park.

Carmen is a passionate advocate for both our elderly and our youth. She is a member of the Idaho Guardian and Fiduciary Association, a Guardian Ad Litem for the CASA program, and is an active volunteer in the community; serving those less fortunate.

Sherry Marshall, Health Services Director

Sherri has been a nurse at Willow Park for five years. Her history includes working in hospice and skilled nursing settings. Her heart is definitely with our elderly! She has participated as Vice President of the Idaho Assisted Living Nurses Association and has worked the past two years with the State Legislature and Health and Welfare department rewriting the statute and rules for Idaho Assisted Living Facilities. Sherri's personal interests include camping, reading, gardening and family.

Francee Reilly, Activities Director

Francee has been an Activities Director since the mid–1980's where she started her career in California and then moved back to her hometown of Boise. Francee has a family of four grown children, two boys and two girls. Most of her life has been spent in Boise being involved in music, golfing and her pets. Kiwi, her peach-faced lovebird resides at Kingswood Court.

Carrie Willis, Personal Preference Coordinator

In her job as Personal Preference Coordinator, Carrie works with new residents and their families to make sure a smooth transition occurs; she also works with all residents on a continuous basis to ensure that they have ongoing meaningful experiences. Carrie got started in Assisted Living as a Resident Aide working one-on-one with Residents in both our Assisted Living and our Memory Care unit. She enjoys spending time with her husband and son. They enjoy playing at the park, watching movies, camping, and just being together as a family.

Cindy Haggenmiller, Care Coodinator

As Care Coordinator at our Kingswood Court Memory Unit, Cindy brings seven plus years of experience working as a nurse at Willow Park. She also spent four years as a U.S. Navy hospital corpsman and worked as a rehabilitation nurse at the Idaho Elks Rehabilitation Hospital. Cindy enjoys hiking, gardening, and spending time with family, friends and pets.

Brad Schwister, Dining Services Director

Brad comes to willow park with 28 years of experience as an executive chef. Brad became a certified by the American Culinary Federation in 1998 and was named Chef of the Year by the local chapter of Fresno, California, in 2000. Brad managed the Fresno Bee’s food service for eleven years for 1,100 employees along with all their outside catering events. Prior to that Brad was the Executive Chef of the Daily Planet for five years and was named Best California Cuisine in 1992. Brad was born and raised in Wisconsin and is a lifelong "cheesehead." He has one daughter, Morgan, who is the love of his life. Brad spends as much time as possible camping, hunting and fishing. Brad states, "I find working at Willow Park to be very rewarding; things are changing every day. The best part is when we make a difference in a resident’s day with a Personal Preference or anything that can to put a smile on their face.”

Heather Hiemstra, Business Office Manager

Heather served as a caregiver at Willow Park before transferring to the Business Office in March 2008. Heather has had previous accounting work with a credit card company and a loan office. She is currently attending Boise State University in the nursing program. During her free time, Heather raises and shows sheep and has been very active in the 4H program, most recently mentoring younger 4H'ers in leadership and showmanship.

Paul G. Duggan,Maintenance Director

As the Maintenance Director Paul oversees and coordinates all building and unit repairs. Paul likes playing guitar and listening to all kinds of music. “I love to make people laugh, and I love all the wonderful residents at Willow Park,” he says.

Ann Rayner, Housekeeping Supervisor

Ann is responsible for resident's laundry, cleaning apartments and common areas, and making sure vacant apartments are ready for new residents. She works with Nursing and other departments to solve problems to ensure that residents are as comfortable as possible. Ann's hobbies include gardening, painting and decorating her home.
